How to Create a PowerPoint Slideshow
PowerPoint offers several options for starting a slideshow. It depends on the slide that you are using to open your slideshow or if Presenter View is used. Additionally, the keyboard shortcuts or options within PowerPoint are available.

You can use Presenter View automatically by checking the box Monitors The ribbon is divided into sections.
Select From Beginning or From Current Slide To begin the program.
You must start at the beginnin: F5
Begin with the slide currently displayed: Shift + F5
The Presenter’s View: Alt + F5
How to navigate a PowerPoint Slideshow
Navigating the slides can be done using Slide Show View or PresenterView’s toolbar buttons. You also have the option to use the shortcut menu on the right-click menu keyboard shortcuts .
Next Slide or Animation
Select the right arrow The button is located in the toolbar.
Simply click on the slide to open it.
Make sure to use the keys N,, Enter,, Page Down,, Right Arrow,, Down Arrow, Spacebar.
Prev Slide or Animation
Select the left arrow The button is located in the toolbar.
Select the slide you wish to change by right clicking it Previous.
Make sure to use the keys P,, Page Up,, Left Arrow,, Up Arrow, Backspace.
