  1. Click the Start menu and type Regedit, Registry Editor.
  2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3.
  3. Double-click the Settings Register key, then double-click on the 5th column of the 2nd row.  

You can type any one of these values to change the position where you wish to place the taskbar.

  • 00: Left side
  • 01: At the top of your screen
  • 02: Right side
  • 03: The bottom of the screen
